MS Word 2013 수식의 굵은 글꼴 문제 (Equations automatically save in bold in Word 2013)

도대체 제목을 보고 무슨 일인가 싶겠지만, 실상은 이렇다. MS Word 2013에서 수식을 넣고 파일로 저장한 후에 나중에 다시 파일을 열어보면 수식 글꼴만 자동으로 굵은 글꼴로 바뀌는 문제이다(Word 2012에도 같은 문제가 있음). 수식을 다시 보통 글꼴로 바꾼 다음 저장해도 다음에 다시 굵은 글꼴로 바뀌게 되니 사람 미칠 노릇이다. 패치 파일(업데이트 파일)이 없나 살펴보다가 발견한 해법이 있었으니, 해법이라기 보다 우회하는 방법이다.

수식을 포함한 본문을 선택하여 굵은 글꼴로 바꾸었다가(Ctrl-B) 다시 보통 글꼴로 바꾼 다음(한 번 더 Ctrl-B) 저장한다.

그러면 다음 번 부터는 신기하게도 제대로 열린다. 아무래도 본문과 수식 사이에 있는 어떤 플래그가 잘못 저장되는 것 같다.

Have you ever encountered the problem that equations automatically save in bold in Microsoft Word 2013? (This problem seems to be occurring same in Word 2012.) It is extremely annoying because it occurs again in the next open of the file even if you change the equation as plain and save it. If you have the same problem, please try the following trick:

1. Select the portion of text including the equation.

2. Make it bold by Ctrl-B and make it plain again by Ctrl-B.

3. Then, save the file and reopen it.

It seems that there saved invisible flags between the equations and the texts.
